U M Rao began his career in the field of Instrumentation in India and Middle East and has been an entrepreneur for the past 18 years. Under his young and dynamic leadership, Petronash has achieved worldwide recognition as a reputable manufacturing company that serves the oil and gas industry.
He is the founder and the fund provider for Jetty Ventures and is an integral part of the investment committee.

Chirag has 12+ years of experience in the financial services industry. Chirag has led and managed seed and Series A investments in technology, services, and consumer internet space; he has executed Board responsibilities, and managed transactions in defence, media, hospitality sectors. Chirag started his career with business management in the financial services industry managing the Indian business for a global investment bank.
Vickram Anand

Vickram joined Jetty Ventures in 2017, focusing particularly on F&B.
Before joining the group, he worked for an International Bank, where he was responsible for setting up and driving the insurance business across Middle East and Africa. He has over 15 years of experience in the Financial Industry.
Praveen V S

As the Chief Financial Officer, Praveen leads Jetty Ventures' finance function and is responsible for portfolio management, fund
governance, compliance and reporting.
Prior to joining us Praveen was Finance Controller at Aspada Lightstone, a $100M impact fund.
He was in charge for portfolio management and investor reporting for investments in Aspada's portfolio sectors like Food & Agriculture, consumer value chains, healthcare and education, essential digital goods and financial services.
He also played the role of interim finance controller at many of the portfolio companies helping them implement financial process, strengthen the financial controls and eventually build the finance function. Praveen started his career in audit and compliance space in Delloite.
Sindhu Jetty

Sindhu is responsible for deal handling in the technology sector. She supports all aspects of deal process from origination to deal handling and post-investment portfolio management.
